Security Deposit $500
A Reservation Deposit and a Security Deposit each in the amount of $500 each is required. This must be received within ten (10) days of providing written (e-mail) confirmation of the reservation. The Reservation Fee and Security Deposit automatically converts to a Damage Deposit upon arrival.

Rental cost balance is due four weeks prior to occupancy, or as per agreement if late booking.

Damage Deposit (Not refundable if cancelled within 30 days of arrival) or as per agreement if late booking.

Cleaning Fee $150 (non refundable)

Utilities Fee $100 for 1-2 week booking, $200 for 2-4  weeks or meter reading whichever is greater.
